Off season power conditioning will begin this Thursday 9/24/15. Conditioning will run every Monday and Thursday through Thanksgiving from 2:45 – 4:00 or so. All athletes not competing in a fall sport are strongly encouraged to attend. Please spread the word and encourage everyone to register on the web site to receive these updates. Not to give away all the secrets but, 3 sets of each:
– broad jumps
– sled pulls with max weight
– prowler push with max weight
– box jumps
– tire flips
– weighted vest bleacher run
Core work (insanity plus or minus some)
