Last Saturday we traveled to Marshfield High School for the state Division II relay meet. The highlight of the meet was the 4th place finish in the girls long jump by the trio of Mariama Kamara, Katherine Cabral, and Martine Simon. Both Kamara and Cabral had jumps over 15 feet and Simon jumped over 16. This is the best finish the girls have had at a relay meet where they face competition from throughout the state.
